General Rules

Check in from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. unless otherwise arranged and check out by 11 a.m. on your day of departure.

All campers must be registered and have paid the appropriate fees before setting up on their campsite.

We ask that all campers adhere to the maximum occupancy limit designated for each site.

Day visitors are allowed and must be registered by the campsite guest and depart by 10 p.m.

All guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children. Children must be supervised at all times.

We understand that music can be an enjoyable part of camping but we are a radio free property. Amplified music is not allowed. You can play your own musical instrument or partake in campfire singsong before 11 pm.

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Be respectful to maintain a peaceful environment and do not disturb neighbouring campers.

Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Pets are part of your family and welcome on our campground. They must be friendly, quiet and always kept on a leash and supervised.

The Horses you see are privately owned and access inside the stables or the paddocks is prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, drinking and substance use is limited to your campsite. Smoking of anything is not allowed on the pathways around the public spaces of the office, showers, bathrooms and toilets. No smoking inside Cabins.

Any damages to campground property or equipment will be the responsibility of the camper and the camper will be charged accordingly.

Please be respectful of your neighbours and of the forested floor by not walking between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

The campground speed limit is 10 km per hour and designed to keep you, your children and your pets safe.

Vehicles must be parked in their designated parking areas only.

Campfires are allowed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the fire ring provided. Do not leave fires unattended.

All firewood, starters and kindle wood must be purchased on site. Wood brought onto the campground will be confiscated. We do not tolerate the scavenging of any wood from the forest and forest floor.

Restrooms are open 24 hours a day and 7 days per week. Showers are operated by $3.00 tokens purchased in the office. If they are not used, the tokens can be refunded.

Garbage, recycling and compost is part of keeping our campground clean and green. We provide you with the appropriate bags and have designated areas for sorting and drop off. Please be mindful of your impact on our local landfill.

We are excited to share the campground space with a variety of wild animals. We kindly ask all campers to keep their site clean and free of food debris. It is important to remember not to interact with them.

On trails and the shoreline please wear proper footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather. Pack out your supplies that you pack in with you as it is the golden rule.

Violations

If you do not wish to respect our property and follow the Rules, management has the right to evict you at anytime without refund. You may be fined and police will be asked to escort from the property, if required.

Exclusion of Liability

In no event will Harmony acres be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, incidental and or consequential damages resulting from the use of the grounds, facilities or from visitation suggestion made to locations in the local area and within National Parklands. Harmony Acres is not liable for the damage or lost of personal properties brought on this property and or your stay here. We adhere to and maintain all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and by-laws.
